Job Description:

REPORTS TO: Assistant Director Regional Sales

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for talented and energetic sales associates to add to our regional sales teams, each for Karachi and Peshawar. The individual should possess resilience in his attitude and be able to have strong coordination with his immediate superior and hotel’s sales team too. He will be extending his support through coordination, client follow-ups, making analysis and reporting of market trends, recommend sales approaches and executing the selling strategy to achieve business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specifically, he will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·         Analyze local market trends and develop new business leads.

·         Maximize all Revenue opportunities.

·         Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel

·         Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market

·         Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients

·         Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities

·         Communicate with all departments as required within each hotel

·         Attend Sales events when required

·         Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leads

·         Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner
