| Job Description: |
The HR Officer - Performance Management is responsible to support in designing, developing, and implementing an efficient, fair and transparent Performance Management System across AWT and promote a performance based culture across Head Office and Business Units.
- Support in handling the performance management cycle process, monitoring and completion of yearly reports.
- Assist and support to the automation of the Performance Management System.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions and other Business Units.
- Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System.
- Maintaining data bases of documents received from BU’s and HO departments.
- Documents Combing of Personal Files of all employees of AWT group.
- Maintaining Personal Files of employees from BU’s and HO Department.
- Any other task assigned by the management
