AMH Solutions is looking for an experienced candidate to join our customer service team for the position of Customer Service Representative for a US Energy campaign.

Job Description:

•  Individuals are required to initiate and dial client calls.
•  Should be able to influence customers to buy the services we are providing with US based energy companies.
•  Should be able to meet and exceed the targets consistently.
•  Enhances organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
•  Educate clients by clarifying methodology; addressing questions; providing information.

Requirements:

•  Must be experienced in any international call Centre campaign.
•  Excellent communication skills in English.
•  Ability to meet deadlines.
•  Ability to work in a team environment
•  Target oriented.
•  Must be able to understand fundamental concepts of sales and cold calling.

Minimum Qualification: Matriculation.

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs experience in Customer Service/Sales.

Career Level: Experienced.

Salary Package: PKR 25,000 to 45,000
