| Job Description: |
- Assume charge as Hostel Coordinator while residing full-time at Girls Hostel (24 hours/ 7 days) week.
- Admit new residents after verification of hostel dues.
- Ensure discipline and cleanliness at the hostel.
- Ensure that hostel gates are closed at instructed hours.
- Maintain list and record of hostel residents.
- Manage Petty cash expenses of the hostel.
- Submit monthly utility bills to the Finance Department.
- Close liaison and coordination with the housekeeping, maintenance, security, horticulture and other concerned departments to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, health, maintenance, safety & security and maintain the ambience of the hostel premises
- Ensuring that hostelries do not leave the hostel premises unauthorized and without informing, and making sure that “in and out” timings are recorded in the book
- Ensuring that hostel facilities are not misused/ damaged
- Keeping track of all the complaints made by hostelries and making sure that they have been addressed
