We are looking for Quality assurance officer to join our quality team.
Inxite Solutions is a offshore company of a US based company.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a QA processing executive.
- Experience in Direct TV, Comcast etc is a plus
- Excellent MS Office Skills required
- Should be Fimiliar with the Quality Assurance Process
- Listening and rating the recordings and training the agents
- Maintaining the sheets
- Good Listening and Spoken skills (English)
- Puctual and self motivated
IDEAL Candidate will have 2 years+ experience in QA processing in Spectrum, Direct TV, Comcast and other Telecom related campaigns (US BASED) |
