Opustech is seeking a skilled Junior WordPress/PHP/MySQL developer with excellent front-end knowledge to join our development team.
our job will consist of everything from complete websites to small maintenance projects.
Specifically, we are looking for people with a strength in PSD to WordPress.
Must be able to show examples of complex systems you've worked on.
Your Experience:
- Solid understanding of web development best practices
- Skilled in HTML and CSS with a focus on cross browser support
- Foundational knowledge of JavaScript with experience using jQuery
- Understanding of how to interact with WordPress and third-party APIs
- Ability to turn XD/PSD files into a WordPress theme
- Enough understanding of PHP from a WordPress perspective
- Ability and willingness to work on a team using a documented development and coding style
Technical Skills Required
- Minimum year of experience from scratch with WordPress theme development.
- 1.5+ Years in:
- WordPress
- PHP development.
- MySQL experience.
- Front-end web development including HTML5, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
