Job Description: |
An Ideal Candidate Must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BSIT, and BSSE. Masters in Project Management would be a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a Software organization.
- Responsible for overall Project Coordination with Project Management Techniques.
- Past experience of hands-on coding/development in Software Development Projects.
- Excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Must be an excellent people manager, able to lead cross-functional teams with respect.
- Hands-on experience on Project Management tools like SCRUM, JIRA, Kanban Agile Sprints, Backlogs, User Stories, Use Cases.
- An easy-going and likable personality is a must.
What We expect from this position:
- Maintain and administer all project-related activities and prepare project status reports.
- Perform various audits on project management processes, prepare control documents, and monitor metrics
- Assist all project members to ensure compliance to project schedules and assist in data compilations and prepare reports to meet all project deliverables.
- Monitor the performance of all assigned projects and prepare required reports.
- Ensure completion of long term and short-term goals within the required timeframe and submit all reports to management.
- Manage all correspondence with team members.
- Maintain records of all correspondence and organize various team meetings.
- Analyze resource requirements for projects and maintain track of work progress for assignments.
- Coordinate with Software Product Manager and management to enhance performance.
- Develop materials and agendas for meetings and prepare project reports.
- Internal meetings/discussions of both existing clients and new projects.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients on projects, escalate tasks where required.
- Keeping track of the progress of all ongoing projects.
- Keeping documentation up to date.
- Replanning in case of deviation found against the progress of defined milestones.
