Purpose of the post:
HR Officer will be part of the HR team in Pakistan, responsible for staff administration and professional HR support in Peshawar. S/he provides services in line with the ICRC people strategy HR department objectives, policies and the applicable laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent - additional courses/certifications an asset.
· 2-5 years' of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in talent acquisition an asset.
· Very good command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Pashto an asset.
· Excellent knowledge of computer/web based systems (MS Office, SAP, outlook or similar, )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for recruitments and successful onboarding of the newly hired colleagues.
· Handling the entire EOBI file.
· Contracts and letters preparation, briefings, probation confirmations & Electronic Cards preparation for staff
· Personal files and Archives Management.
· Management of HR space & Holidays.
· Providing professional HR support and coaching to Managers and staff on various day to day HR issues.
