Job Description: |
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in various computer programs and standard office software packets such as Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills. Fluency in speaking and writing English.
- A neutral North American English accent
- Customer service experience- both written and verbal- will be preferred
- Work from home during the evening shift (6 pm to 2 am Pakistan time)
- Looking for someone that can make a great first impression with our regular and prospective clients and have good communication skills.
Job Duties:
- As a client coordinator, you will be working closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the highest levels of service.
- You will be acting as a liaison between our clients and accountants, responding to emails and phone calls and working with the SK Financial team to ensure a positive working relationship is maintained with our clients.
