Quality Assurance Specialist
Our Requirements :
· Monitoring day to day KPI’s and make sure the sales team work as per KPI’s (calls\emails\LinkedIn messages\skype messages)
· Have a strong check on calls and chats made by account managers and give them feedback accordingly.
· Study outbound calls, live chats, and customer service presentations to determine customer service quality standards; make test calls to account managers on new services.
· Check the communication of Account Managers with clients and ensure the quality.
· Check the free coupons and discounts offered by Account managers either they offered it as per policy or not
· Randomly checking the CRM of sales team in order to audit the process followed.
· Training the sales team on specific subject that was pointed out.
· Presenting the daily reports to Line Manager.
Skills:
· 5 years of Sales Quality Assurance Experience.
· Minimum Bachelors degree
· Strong written and communication skills
· Self-motivated, with minimal guidance
· Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
· Sound knowledge of CRM (preferred ZOHO CRM)
· Proficient with computer programs (i.e., Windows, Excel, Word)
· High energy and enthusiasm.
· Result oriented
