•  Also from the company, the sales agent will be awarded with the market competitive commission on each closed deal.

• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Maintain your real estate skills and knowledge.

• Must have worked in real estate sales, call center, or any other sales-related experience.
• Must be in good standing with local Realtor.
• Experience with sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property.
