| Job Description: |
Knowledge/Skills/Ability & Roles and Responsibility:
• Experience in Installing, configuring and deployment of Asterisk, Asterisk based applications like GoAutoDial, Vicidial, vicibox, FreePBX.
• Must have 1-year experience in related applications.
• Experience troubleshooting in Vicidial and Asterisk is needed.
• Candidate must have knowledge of IVRS, Call menus, Inbound groups and queues.
• Must have good troubleshooting skills with basic networking issues.
• The applicant must be prepared to work outside of core hours to address emergency activity if required.
• VoIP experience would be preferred
• BCS/BSE/MCS or relevant |
