| Job Description: |
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for undertaking operations necessary for quality testing within quality control
- Ensure that safety standards and cleanliness of laboratory are maintained
- Undertake visual inspections of finished products
- Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting equipment related problems
- Write or document deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses in technical reports
- Responsible for calibrating, validating, or maintaining laboratory equipment and devices before usage
- Responsible for the compilation of laboratory test data to perform appropriate analyses
- Provide appropriate paperwork for various stages of processing monitored in compliance with specifications.

The company has its Head Office at C-145, KDA Scheme No.1, Karsaz, Karachi with a widely nationally distributed network of field representatives and managers in Pakistan. The field force comprises of 107 people including medical representatives and managers reporting to the National Sales Manager stationed in Karachi. For promotional purposes Pakistan is divided in two regions, South and North. Each region is responsible to a Regional Manager in Karachi and Lahore respectively. Regions are divided in to areas manned by Area Managers who directly report to their respective Regional Managers. The Head Office houses the Marketing Department, Medical Department and Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Administration Department and the MIS Department. The Medical Representatives (called Executive Marketing) are organized in three promotional teams.
Medisure seeks to market its products on IFPMA guidelines in an ethical, innovative and versatile manner. In addition to regular promotion by our reps., we regularly conduct Scientific Product Presentations on our products, HIT (Health Information Transfer) Programme for dissemination of research studies to the medical profession and most importantly have launched the first ever Medical Information Portal in Pakistan for the medical profession accessible at www.medisure.com.pk . This portal enables you to access any medical or related topic worldwide at a click. The medical fraternity can thus access any research article they require and can get their research work on the web after going through peer review.
