•Assist technical support staffing managing the help-desk services to meet the requirements.
• Assist project team to manage and implement the new projects.
• Assist in managing the technical and operating documentations for operating systems.
• Respond to client request in timely and in accurate manners.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex system problems and provide corrective actions.
• Develop performance and system problem and systems models, graph, charts and specification of system staff.
• Ensure all of their team members follow established standards and guidelines.
• Prioritize the incoming mail for any kind of technical issues
• Any other duty assigned by the higher authority.
Requirements:
• U.k -based company must be good in English speaking.
• Resolve support issue in a prompt and professional manner.
• Efficiently maintain and monitor the user requirements in both UK and PK
• Will be responsible for installation of software.
• Professionally coordinate the services users.
• Manage the IT equipment.
• Responsible for the upkeep, configurations and reliable operations of client computer system server and data security systems.
• Must be available to work in rotational shifts.
