•Plan and execute retail audits in coordination with external and internal teams quarterly while ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
•Plan and execute warehouse audits while ensuring meaningful and efficient reporting of results to add value to the organization.
•Coordinating with finance and HR to ensure shrinkages as a result of retail audits are timely charged to employees as per policy and any reconciling differences , financial and non – financial both are timely reconciled and solved.
•Post audit of HR and payroll expenses on a periodic basis and effective and efficient reporting of result to add value to the organization.
•Pre auditing all payments made by loftex and thereby verifying adherence to implementation of policies .
•Monthly reporting of observations identified during this pre audit activity and presenting recommendations for resolution of issues identified.
•Assisting senior manager in compiling and reporting of periodic results of pre and post audit activities.
