Key Areas of Responsibility

Mainly responsible for providing solutions and network designing as per the customer’s requirement for one of these product lines subject to placement:  “Wireless / DWDM/Access / Cloud Core / Software and Services”

• Learn about Huawei solutions and products (their specifications, features, lifecycle etc.)
• Be able to resolve customer queries
• Indulge more in Pre-Sales related tasks such as designing the customer’s network, propose solutions and configure BOQs based on customer’s requirements.
• Learn the PO/Contract registration process and help the team to register them and meet the deadlines.
• Be available for urgent requirments from frontlines in order to avoid any kind of delays in the project.
• Responsible for service development if applying for Services domain and pre-sales for Huawei Service Products mainly including Network Roll-Out Services, Managed Services, Customer Support Services, Training and Learning Services, Spare Parts Management Services, Network Integration and Optimization Services, Customer Experience Management Services.
• In case of supporting for Software and Services product line, fully responsible for the Services (RAN, RF, MW, Datacom, Optical, IT) network design and providing E2E services solution as per customer’s requirement.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor/ Master in Electrical Engineering
• Fresh Graduates
• Experience of 1 year or more

Requirements

• Basic background and knowledge about Telecommunications.
• Have basic understanding about 2G, 3G, 4G architectures and their working.
• Have a tendency to grasp knowledge and new concepts.
• Have good communication skills to deal in a corporate environment.
