Fulcrum Pvt ltd is looking to fill the position Sales Officer - FMCG for one of our leading client.
Grade: Officer
Base Location: Multan
Core Responsibilities:
- BTL activities planning and execution
- Achieve KPIs and set targets of BTL activities
- Field Audits and Back checking of activation programs
- Hiring of quality resources for BTL projects
- Vendor evaluation based on their working and their on ground capabilities
- Invoice Audit after completion of projects
- Daily weekly monitoring and tracking of project performance
- Zone and Town wise analysis of projects
- Liaison with sales team for area JC planning
- Competition activity reporting
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate
- 2 years of BTL experience in any reputable FMCG
Other Skills:
- Good in MS office for analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Communicate effectively
- Customer Negotiation
