Job Description:
· Manage a team of Sales Distribution Supervisions, Business Development Officers and Channel Partners.
· Focus on quality of Sales.
· Ensure the achievement of assigned Sales KPIS of Mobilink & MFS.
· Conduct regular Market Visits highlighting areas of opportunities for improvement in collaboration with channel partners.
· Ensure quality MFS roll out and monitor performance from the active retailers as per the assigned targets
· Ensure effective working on parameters for achieving good positions in FSC.
· Ensure involvement of franchise and retailers to generate incremental revenues and to have a growth in data.
· Manage reporting of Market Intelligence with respect to competition
Essential Skills:

· Familiar with local geographic knowledge of the region
· Strong Communication Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
