Lead the sales team to deliver agreed objectives/Sales Plans by building the business relationship with customers/distributors to ensure the best Packages products commercialisation.
Provide strategic dircetion/input for development of Channel, Customer/Distributor and Field sales strategies in line with business requirements (Operational plan).
More than 10 years in business operations is required. Strong experience in Sales or marketing. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results. Has multi-category experience. Has coordination experience in MOR Commatti environment. |
