Job Description:

General practitioner (Doctor) will provide primary and continuing medical care for patients who visit health care center.

• Responding to medical/health problems presented by patients
• Undertaking patient consultations, physical examination and diagnosing any ailments
• Prescribe medication
• Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results
• Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary
• Managing resources to service targets as effectively as possible
• Keeping up to date with medical developments, new drugs, treatments and medications, including complementary medicine
• Monitoring and administering medication
• Managing a team of 5 to 6 people
• Reporting medical activities on daily bases
• Promoting health education
• Any other relating tasks assigned by the line manager
