• Plan and Schedule Training as per Project requirements
• Design individual and group training plans
• Prepare training facility with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Maintain training records
• Track attendance for all required training
• Organizes and maintains training materials, which include instructional handouts
• Provides periodic and ad-hoc training reports to senior staff (e.g., monthly training volume, training program progress, training statistics, certification status)
• Create and maintain good relations with local communities
• Timely implementation of Training Activities
• Training and refresher on the management of malnutrition for outreach worker, stabilization staff and health facility staff in the district.
• Assist in the management, monitoring, and evaluation of training activities
• Strategic oversight of training plans, budget, implementation, and monitoring
• Select appropriate training methods or activities

·         Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed within district.

·         Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques

·         Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills.

·         Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

·         Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
