- Development of HACCP/ QA Manual/ Policies/ SOP’s.
- Analysis of customer feedbacks and complaints of outlets and restaurants for corrective action.
- Maintenance of important HACCP related records at Head Office for ISO external audits of all locations.
- Food safety/QA audits of Rawalpindi/Islamabad locations.
