- Manage a full scale team in Assigned areas
- Achieve assigned volume & value targets
- Manage team order generation targets
- Successfully deploy/implement the channel programs in the assigned region
- Align the principal and distributor's teams
- Conduct daily sales meetings with distributor team
- Ensure stock availability and visibility across the region
- Identify potential new potential areas and increase coverage
- Route planning and area mapping of the assigned team
