Job Responsibilities:

• Generating new business from online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr for Mobile / Web Design & Development


• Generate new business through cold-calling, emailing or direct meeting


• Writing proposals/cover letters and handling client interactions including bidding, follow ups, requirement gathering, negotiations and deal closure


• Requirements Analysis & Writing of Scope Documents


• Estimate projects in terms of time and costs


• Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met


• Communication with clients via email/call/skype


• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

 Mandatory Skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Software Industry


• Proven track record of generating business through freelance portals like Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr and maintaining very high rating


• Experienced in Requirement Gathering / Proposal writing


• Knowledge about website design, development and graphics work


• Excellent Communication, Marketing & Negotiation Skills


• Well conversant in English
