A well – established leading engineering company dealing in international brands in the Low Voltage Electrical market requires Assistant Manager, Sales & Support for its Industrial Sales Division in Lahore.
Main responsibility is to assist the Manager to lead and supervise a team of Application & Sales Engineers & review and design estimation & quotation & pursue & follow-up technical sales to Industries in Lahore & province of Punjab. Liaise with sales team and be customer driven to achieve company’s sales objectives.
Detail Job Description
- To be proficient in dealing company product in terms of range, specification and technical applications – Assist the manager to provide focused sales to customers via in-house trainings, presentations & workshops.
- Work closely with the Manager for business sales development and strategies.
- Keep track of market situation and trend.
- To pursue and follow-up technical sales of Industrial, Automation, Controls, Switchgear and pneumatic products to assigned group of industries, projects, regions and/or cities.
- Work under the supervision of the team-leader to improve effectiveness of sales team(s) and to increase access to industrial/projects business.
- Provide prompt backup support to customers; give positive response on customer calls, and provide feedback for action taken to resolve queries.
- Ensure the submission of timely reports, documents sales activities and customer visits.
- Communicate and liaison with the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and hence to assure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the recovery team for reconciling and timely collection of outstanding payments and related matters.
