Job Description:
  • Answer queries from customers or phone related to business, products, stock, etc in a professional and polite manner.
  • Issue forms/Invoices for business, process counter sales, enter daily sales in TIS correctly and keep records properly. Avoid mistakes related to data entry and record keeping.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Support office staff in their tasks, and act as an active team player
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Office Manager
