We are looking for an experienced mobile developer for our office in Karachi, preferably with hands on experience with Xamarin.

Candidate should be a proactive problem solver, excellent communicator with a thorough understanding of full mobile application development lifecycle.

Preferably the candidate should have released at least 3 operational apps on either Google Play store or Apple App Store. Employs Test Driven Development techniques and MVVM pattern to solve any mobile development challenge.

Ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  Experience in software development .NET (C#) at least for 3-5 years;

  2+ Years of experience in Xamarin-Forms,Xamarin-iOS or Xamarin-Android development is required.

  Good spoken and written English is required but for a candidate having exceptional portfolio we may even settle for less.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands on experience of Xamarin-iOS and Xamarin-Android for creating native user interface.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of mobile logging, error handling, and mobile application lifecycles

  
  


• 
  

  History of successfully working with a distributed team

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with a git-flow development process and good understanding of git as a source control tool

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with a JIRA-based workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with web services, REST, and HTTP

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with MSSQL and basic database querying

  
  

It’s a plus if you have the following qualities:

  Xamarin Certification.

  Employed Prism or MVVMCross in any Xamarin app.

  
  


• 
  

  Created Unit tests for the mobile app using XUnit or NUnit.

  Created UI tests using Xamarin.UITest or Calabash, and have exposure on running the UITest on Microsoft App Center.

  Computer Science degree from a reputable College/University
