| Job Description: |
- Develop relationships with new/existing customers via telephone calls, chats and emails.
- Responding through emails and telephonic inquiries professionally.
- Develop strategies for expanding client portfolio and negotiate on prices and delivery to close your sales with new clients.
- Meet or exceed your monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Keep a strong follow-up from your clients making sure that no client is left un-responded
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
