Responsibilities:
- As part of the support team, candidate will be challenged with problems which require solutions within a short period of time, candidate must be able to remain calm, analyze problems in its entirety, derive possible problem cases, test it on the sandbox environment, and apply the fix in the production environment.
- English communication, written and verbal is compulsory.
- Possessing any of the following certificates are advantages, as they assist with the verify your skill set; please provide their serial numbers in your resumes.
Linux
- Redhat Certified Technician
- Redhat Certified Engineer
Network
- Cisco Certified Network Admin
- Java Jboss knowledge is an advantage.
Skills:
- Advance Linux & windows administration skills.
- Perl and Bash scripting.
- Website deployments and security (both windows and Linux platforms).
- Internet issues troubleshooting and security.
- Ensure operating system, remains operational; apply security patches and bug fixes.
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with development group to solve problem.
- Apache HTTPd in-depth knowledge is compulsory.
- Mysql
- Packet analysis knowledge is compulsory. Candidate must be capable of capturing network traffic and analyze them for problems.
