For that, we are currently looking for an Admission officer cum Customer Support Representative.

On-Site Responsibilities

• Handle Queries, Requests, and Complaints from visitors and calls tactfully.

• Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing information about the courses.

• Provide Customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.

• Achieve superior customer engagement and ensure a significant improvement in customer experience.

• Must be able to overcome objections handle customer pushback and make fee vouchers and admission forms for them

• Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal

• Managing the attendance

• Classroom Management
