The Admin Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's day-to-day activities. This role includes overseeing administrative systems, managing office operations, supporting staff, and coordinating internal and external communication to ensure effective functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily administrative operations of the office.

• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) for documents, reports, and records.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.

• Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and route them appropriately.

• Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

• Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of duties.

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as required.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational and personnel information.

• Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and data entry.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in an administrative or office management role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
