Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management & Operations

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the campus, ensuring efficiency and adherence to institutional policies.

  • Manage office resources, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.

  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to campus operations, student data, and facilities.

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the campus operational budget.

Student & Faculty Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries, concerns, and administrative support.

  • Facilitate various student services, including admissions support, registration assistance, and orientation activities.

  • Provide administrative support to faculty members for their teaching, research, and departmental activities.

  • Address student and faculty issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior management when necessary.

Facilities & Resource Coordination

  • Coordinate with the relevant departments (e.g., Facilities Management, IT) to ensure a safe, clean, and functional learning and working environment.

  • Oversee space utilization within the campus and assist in scheduling classrooms, labs, and common areas.

  • Manage logistical arrangements for campus events, workshops, and meetings.

  • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of teaching aids and technological resources.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, rules, and regulations related to campus operations, student conduct, and health & safety.

  • Assist in communicating and enforcing campus guidelines effectively.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative procedures and policies.

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as a liaison between the campus, main university administration, and external stakeholders (e.g., parents, vendors).

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to campus activities and administrative matters.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among students, faculty, and staff.
