We are looking for a dynamic and creative In-House Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can manage content creation from start to finish — including content writing, copywriting, script writing, graphic designing, and video editing — to boost our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Write engaging content, ad copy, and video scripts aligned with brand voice and campaign goals

• Design visually appealing graphics for posts, stories, ads, and banners

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for reels, ads, and promotional content

• Schedule and publish content, monitor performance, and optimize based on insights

• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign ideas, brand alignment, and lead generation

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, script writing, graphic design, and video editing

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), or equivalents

• Strong command of English (written and verbal)

• A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for digital media
