We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing sales operations in your assigned area, developing business strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.

• Manage and motivate the sales team.

• Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Conduct regular market visits and generate sales reports.

• Ensure timely collection of payments.

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in field sales (industry experience preferred)

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Willing to travel within the area
