Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized NAVTTC Coordinator to manage and oversee NAVTTC-related administrative and operational tasks at our Gulberg office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student admissions, documentation, communication, class scheduling, and attendance management for students and instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions & Enrollment:

  • Manage student admissions as per NAVTTC guidelines and timelines.

  • Guide students through the admission process, including form filling and eligibility verification.

  • Maintain accurate and complete admission records.

2. Documentation:

  • Collect, verify, and organize student and instructor documents (CNICs, academic certificates, photos, etc.).

  • Prepare and maintain hard and soft copies of student files.

  • Ensure compliance with NAVTTC documentation standards.

3. Student Communication:

  • Call and follow up with students regarding admissions, class schedules, and important deadlines.

  • Serve as a point of contact for student queries and concerns.

  • Maintain communication records and logs.

4. Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with instructors to create and manage class schedules.

  • Inform students of class timings and any changes in schedules.

  • Arrange for required classroom resources and facilities.

5. Attendance & Reporting:

  • Monitor and record daily attendance of students and instructors.

  • Maintain attendance registers and update databases regularly.

  • Report irregular attendance to management and assist in resolving issues.

  • Submit weekly/monthly reports to the relevant authorities.

6. General Office Support:

  • Coordinate with the central NAVTTC office and follow official guidelines.

  • Assist in organizing orientation sessions, workshops, and assessments.

  • Support day-to-day office operations related to NAVTTC programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in coordination or administrative roles (NAVTTC experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Timing:

9:00 AM – 6:00PM (Monday-Saturday)

Salary:

25k-30k
