| Job Description: |
SELLING AND MAKING AIRLINE TICKETS and TRAVEL PACKAGES TO CUSTOMERS - REQUIRES GOOD EXPERIENCE OF SABRE SYSTEM
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
- A positive and pleasant demeanor, capable of building rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while also being a team player.
- Handle airline ticketing procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Engage with customers using a convincing and pleasant communication style.
- Provide excellent customer service by being forthcoming, engaging, and proactive in addressing client needs.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Utilize the Sabre ticketing system to manage bookings and optimize ticket sales.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices/fares.
- Determine clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages and services.
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets.
- Advise travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday information.
- Collect deposits and balances from clients.
- Use promotional techniques and materials to sell itineraries/tickets and tour packages.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for refunds as per airline policies and rules
- Follow up on leads and actively contribute to increasing the sales of tickets and Umrah and Hajj packages.
