Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to support our U.S. digital marketing operations. In this role, you will:  

  • Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer interactions  
  • Diagnose and resolve client inquiries with accuracy and empathy  
  • Document call details and maintain performance metrics  

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum one year of call-center or customer-service experience  
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken  
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach  
  • Flexibility to work U.S. business-hour shifts
