Job Description: |
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to support our U.S. digital marketing operations. In this role, you will:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Diagnose and resolve client inquiries with accuracy and empathy
- Document call details and maintain performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of call-center or customer-service experience
- Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Flexibility to work U.S. business-hour shifts
