Job Description: |
We are seeking a smart, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations across multiple functions including data analysis, sourcing & procurement, document editing, graphic design, and virtual coordination. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience using modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit, organize, and format PDF documents, reports, and proposals
Conduct product and supplier sourcing for projects and e-procurement
Design digital content such as brochures, graphics, and visuals using Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Handle data entry and perform basic analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
Assist in document processing, formatting, and creating presentations
Communicate professionally in English (both spoken and written)
Use AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting content, conducting research, and summarizing information
Provide general virtual support including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
Maintain and organize digital files, team folders, and shared drives
Support online research, lead generation, and virtual coordination
Create and edit basic social media or marketing content when required
Assist with procurement tracking and communication with vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken, written, and comprehension)
Expertise in PDF editing and document formatting
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools
Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and online research
Understanding of basic sourcing and procurement processes
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Bard)
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and availability for night shift (Lahore time)
Prior experience in virtual assistant or administrative support roles preferred
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
Experience with project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion)
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Portfolio or examples of previous design work
Experience using sourcing platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Amazon, local vendor networks)
