Job Description:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all coworking members, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Oversee the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from facility management to member services.

  • Planned and executed community events that enhanced member engagement and built a cohesive community.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, understanding their needs and helping them thrive within the ecosystem.

  • Welcome and onboard new members, introducing them to the space, services, and community culture.

  • Work closely with the team to implement initiatives that drive community engagement and operational excellence.

  • Collect and utilize member feedback to constantly enhance services and the community experience.
