Job Description:

The Employee shall be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships with universities and consultancies, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Duties Include:

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Analyze competitors and assess potential areas for differentiation.

  • Develop strategies based on market insights to drive business growth.

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and referrals.

  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing

  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts.

  • Address client objections and provide solutions to facilitate agreement.

  • Ensure all contractual terms are met and documented accurately.

Partnership Development

  • Research and identify potential university and consultancy partners.

  • Initiate contact and establish relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.

  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful collaboration.

Product and Service Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and services based on market demand.

  • Provide feedback to improve existing offerings and address client needs.

  • Assist in the creation of pricing strategies and value propositions.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain records of all interactions with partners and clients.

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies.

  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance overall company performance.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Continuous Learning and Development

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Share acquired knowledge with the team to promote collective growth.

Short-Term Expansion Initiatives

  • Identify immediate opportunities to increase market share within existing regions.

  • Develop promotional campaigns to attract new clients in the short term.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch targeted advertising efforts.

Long-Term Expansion Strategies

  • Develop comprehensive plans to enter new markets and regions.

  • Establish strategic partnerships to support long-term growth objectives.

  • Assess and recommend potential mergers or acquisitions to expand the company's footprint.
